If you have a pet at home, try this now:

Get near your animal and do the following.

The Calling

I call The Light, of Universal Love and Healing to me

I call Archangel Michael to me for Protection

I call my Highest Vibrational Guides to me

Please help to move healing energy through me, not from me

Into name, name, name (of pet) for his/her Highest Will and Good

and place your hands on your pet. (Unless it's the fish, then hands on the tank ;) ) Use your intuition. Shhh. "listen" and get out of your own way. 

When you have completed this mini healing session, (if you have a pet to begin with) give thanks to your team and cut energy cords. Cutting cords will be explained in greater detail in Lesson 13. For now, this can be done simply by saying "I now cut all energy cords associated with this session"  and then . . .

If you don't have a pet, what about a friends pet that you could practise on?

Maybe you could practice on a wildlife animal such as a lizard or snail from the backyard, a bird nearby in the tree, butterflies. You don't need to place your hands on wildlife. Simply connect with your team and intend Reiki be sent to them for their highest will and good. Practice this over the next few days.
